We want every Nonny you crack open to taste like a good decision. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—within reason of course.
Because our beers are perishable and a food product, we can’t accept returns, but here’s how we’ve got your back:
If there’s an issue with your order

Damaged cans or packaging on arrival

Wrong product received

Quality issue (flat, off-flavour, or just not what it should be)
How to request a refund or replacement

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@nonny.beer

Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue

Our team will review and either:

Ship a replacement, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method

By purchasing from Nonny, you acknowledge that our products are perishable and that improper storage (like leaving beer in heat, or freezing temperatures) voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Nonny reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement if product has been improperly handled, consumed, or damaged after delivery.

Liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
