Nonny Beer Refund & Return Policy

We want every Nonny you crack open to taste like a good decision. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—within reason of course.

Because our beers are perishable and a food product, we can’t accept returns, but here’s how we’ve got your back:

If there’s an issue with your order

  • Damaged cans or packaging on arrival

  • Wrong product received

  • Quality issue (flat, off-flavour, or just not what it should be)

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@nonny.beer

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and either:

    • Ship a replacement, or

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Our promise
We’re a small team that stands by every batch we brew. If something goes sideways, we’ll work with you to sort it out.


Legal Notes

  • By purchasing from Nonny, you acknowledge that our products are perishable and that improper storage (like leaving beer in heat, or freezing temperatures)  voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.

  • Nonny reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement if product has been improperly handled, consumed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply in your region.
